Overview

All orders are dispatched from our headquarters located in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur, utilizing the services of J&T Express for delivery processes. We support international shipping. It is imperative that the provided street names and postcodes are accurate to facilitate smooth and timely deliveries. In the rare event that the packaging seal is found to be opened or damaged upon receipt, we urge you NOT TO ACCEPT the parcel and notify us immediately. Additionally, if you anticipate being unavailable to receive your order at your designated address, we advise contacting the courier service within the specified timeframe to arrange for alternate delivery options or convenient pickup arrangements.

Shipping

Shipping cost is depend on the weight of item and delivery location. All order is completed with J&T Express (1-2 business days, not including processing time). Once a package is shipped, we are no longer able to change the shipping address, reroute to a different address, or change the method and speed of shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and sent out for delivery within 4 business days following the day of purchase. As noted above, processing time is not included in shipping time. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for all orders. Festive season/sale season may delay processing time for up to 3 business days.

Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your package contains incorrect or missing items, please email neerie.co@gmail.com with your order number and the items that are incorrect or missing and we’ll be sure to assist you immediately. If your order contains incorrect or damaged, please include photos when possible to expedite the replacement process.

Defective Items

If upon receipt, your order contains defective items, please email neerie.co@gmail.com with a photo or video and we will send a replacement immediately. We will cover return shipping if we ask for defective items to be returned to us. Please note that if the item is non-defective, return shipping fees will apply.

International Shipping

We ship to Singapore, United States, Indonesia, China, Mexico, Brunei, Australia, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, France and others. You may contact us for the shipping rates to your country.

Neerie is not liable for any orders once it leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the courier. Please double check that the correct shipping address and telephone number provided. Please note that we are unable to make any changes once the package is picked up by the courier. The customer is responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes incurred.
